Washington, DC - The District of Columbia Department of Mental Health has issued a Notice of Funding Availability to support emergency preparedness of independent mental health community residential facilities through the installation of emergency standby generators. The Mental Health Department also issued a Request for Applications to identify an intermediary to manage the application and selection process.
