Exit Criteria #3: Demonstrated planning for and delivery of effective and sufficient consumer services for adults (the Adult Community Services Reviews).

Exit Criteria #4: Demonstrated planning for and delivery of effective and sufficient consumer services for children and youth (the Children and Youth Community Services Reviews).
