In instances where an MHRS Provider agency has contracted an external Biller, the Agency can relinquish one of their allotted Provider Connect digital certificates and request a logon in the name of the biller or the agency can request an additional digital certificate in the name of the biller for a fee of $495.00.
A contracted biller may have in eCura a license from each CSA/Sub/Specialty provider that has requested a Provider Connect logon ID in their name.
