Due to problems encountered with Provider Connect on August 3, 2006, the URI - II, will close on Monday, August 7, 2006 at 5 pm instead of today, Friday August 4, 2006.
 

DMH is closing the URI – II, from Tuesday August 7- September 10, 2006 to work on correcting some of the problems that you have identified during Phase 1 of URI – II period, and to allow providers time to focus on submitting claims and entering current authorizations. The URI – II will re-open from September 11-25, 2006.

 

Again, we want to emphasize the importance of submitting claims.
