The Department of Mental Health (DMH) has established the following schedule for the submission of claims for FY 2006:

The last date for submission of new claims with dates of service from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 for FY 2006 is December 31, 2006.

The last date for submission of reworked claims for FY 2006 is March 31, 2007.  For purposes of this bulletin, a reworked claim is defined as a claim that was submitted prior to December 31, 2006, reviewed and rejected by DMH as reported on an exception report or a denial report.  No new claims for FY 2006 will be accepted or worked after January 1, 2007.
